"I am truly satisfied by the service of this authorised service centre. I was here for my dell mouse as it's clicks were not working properly and it was under 3 years warranty. My mouse was submitted along with keyboard as it was a combo. On the very next day I got the message that my mouse has been replaced with the new one and should be collected. Truly satisfied by the timely service they had provided along with the good staff behaviour at the desk. "In my view, their service is the worst. I submitted my CMF Nothing earbuds due to multiple issues, but they kept them for seven days without providing any service. Only after I repeatedly messaged them did they take any action. Even then, they merely updated the software and did nothing else. Despite my repeated complaints about connection issues, tapping problems, murmuring sounds, voice repetition, and several other faults, none of these issues were resolved. I have been facing these problems since the very first day of purchase and this things I told multiple times during service but they showed no concern. Today, when I collected my earbuds and used them for just 30 minutes, the same problems appeared again. This experience has been extremely disappointing. I would give them a zero rating for their service."

"Employee are somewhat rude to coustomer, they try to not come here once again, thay want rest, not doing the things as what he must do. Only here there call responce they give via call. Some pleasent looking people want to help the coustomer, but I think they are also burdened by there Smart Colleague."
